Verianese Richard is the Founder and Executive Director of Ja’Nyse’s House of Hope, an organization providing housing for patients and their families while receiving treatment in the Houston area. She has been happily married for 32 years and is the proud mother of three children. A devoted member of Harvest Methodist Church, Verianese has served in various capacities, including women’s ministry, marriage ministry, and as a chaplain. Currently, she serves as a chaplain at The Harvest UMC.
With over 18 years of experience in various women’s Bible studies, Verianese finds joy in inspiring and uplifting others. Her compassion, patience, and unselfish care have also extended to her volunteer work with numerous nonprofit organizations in Fort Bend County.
Before founding Ja’Nyse’s House of Hope, Verianese worked as a hairstylist for 28 years, where she loved sharing the goodness of Christ with her clients. Whether through ministry, her career, or her community work, Verianese is dedicated to living a life rooted in love and service. She cherishes the time spent with her family and remains passionate about making a difference in the lives of those around her.
